The career management department
Responsible for evaluating and monitoring employee careers. This service is composed of two sections, the first one deals with internal recruitment, promotions, seniority, work competitions, employment contracts, internship contracts, disciplinary boards and appeals.
The second section deals with external recruitment including diploma-based recruitment, selection, interview and direct recruitment.
The training and level improvement service
is responsible for raising the level of performance of directorate employees and training, whether for new employees or employees who have been promoted from training seminars.
